  • Ik geniet altijd van praten over...

    I love talking about things I've learned about, which recently is basically everything. I like to read, watch lots of movies, cook, learn new things, travel to different cities and go to bookstores. Recently, I have been researching and taking classes on history, film, color theory, biology, religion, space, the history of art and many other basic subjects. I plan to learn much more in the future, like speaking Italian, Spanish and possibly another European language. I'm currently learning French, which I can read and write, but I do not speak it very well. I am interested in practicing my French with a pen pal that can speak French.

  • Mijn interesses in andere culturen

    As someone who has never left North America, I'd really love to learn about every culture. I am particularly interested in Europe because I am of European descent, and I believe a lot of good art and history come from Europe.

  • Je favoriete boek/schrijver/films

    I am very fond of films, but while I've seen some incredible films, I tend to favorite ones that make me feel euphoric or comforted. My top 4 (on letterboxd, rated five stars) are Pulp Fiction, Marie Antoinette, Perks of Being a Wallflower, and Call Me By Your Name. I favor specific writers/directors, but I'm not picky about movies. For books, I usually don't have enough time to read as much as I'd like, but I usually have one on hand. I really love to read non-fiction books or books that movies I enjoy were based on, like Perks of Being a Wallflower or Breakfast at Tiffany's.

  • Mijn gevoel over de toekomst

    I personally do not have any problems speaking about the future; in fact, I adore it. I like to plan and constantly prepare for my future, but I am also not afraid. If you (reading this) are afraid of the future and need guidance I may be able to help.
